Position Type: Primary Instructor for the EPA's Lead Renovation Repair and Painting (RRP) Class                                   
Work Schedule: 8:00am - 5:00pm or 9:00am - 6:00pm 
Pay rate: Varies by location
Location: Various locations across the United States
 
Description
We are seeking reliable, self-motivated instructors in all 50 U.S. states to teach our Lead RRP certification class. This is a 1099 contract position. Don’t have experience, don’t worry, we will train you. We provide paid training and flexible work days - you choose your schedule. On average our instructors teach 2-4 classes per month. Duties include, but are not limited to, the responsibilities listed below.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct the 8-hour RRP training course per the guidelines set forth by the EPA
  • Collect all necessary hands-on training paperwork and test answer sheets
  • Take photos of class participants for certificates
  • Participate in strategy sessions to generate new ideas

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Located in the United States with the ability to travel
  • A valid EPA Lead Renovator (RRP) Initial certification or a willingness to attend training to get certified
  • Prior experience teaching adults is a plus but not required
  • Prior experience in the construction industry is a plus but not required
  • Experience using Microsoft PowerPoint​

Position Type: Part Time Office Assistant

Pay rate: $18.00 per hour

Description
We are seeking a reliable, highly-organized and self-motivated Office Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the office on a daily basis and provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors. This is a part time, non salaried position.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer calls, respond to customer inquiries and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including packages and deliveries
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure the office is tidy at all times
  • Perform administrative tasks such as registering students for courses, data entry, filing, and photocopying
  • Create and maintain a database of certification courses and programs
  • Generate student certificates
  • Keep customer and business contact database up-to-date
  • Perform outreach to past students nearing expiration of certifications
  • Assist instructors during training courses
  • Book travel arrangements
  • Performs other related tasks as requested

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent, College degree preferred
  • Time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google suite
  • Effective project management abilities and organizational skills 
  • Ability to work effectively and cooperatively with personnel
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future​​

Mold Assessor, Remediation Contractor and Abatement Worker. This is a 1099 contract position. Don’t have experience, don’t worry, we will train you. We provide paid training and flexible work days - you choose your schedule. On average our instructors teach 4 to 8 classes per month. Duties include, but are not limited to, the responsibilities listed below.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct the Mold training courses per the guidelines set forth by the Department of Labor
  • Collect all necessary class paperwork including but not limited to sign in and test answer sheets
  • Verify driver license or non-driver identification in class
  • Participate in team strategy sessions to generate new ideas and streamline processes

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Located in the United States with the ability to travel
  • A valid Mold certification or a willingness to attend training to get certified
  • Prior experience teaching adults is a plus but not required
  • Prior experience in the construction industry is a plus but not required
  • Experience using Microsoft PowerPoint
