We are seeking reliable, self-motivated instructors in all 50 U.S. states to teach our Lead RRP certification class. This is a 1099 contract position. Don’t have experience, don’t worry, we will train you. We provide paid training and flexible work days - you choose your schedule. On average our instructors teach 2-4 classes per month. Duties include, but are not limited to, the responsibilities listed below.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Located in the United States with the ability to travel
- A valid EPA Lead Renovator (RRP) Initial certification or a willingness to attend training to get certified
- Prior experience teaching adults is a plus but not required
- Prior experience in the construction industry is a plus but not required
- Experience using Microsoft PowerPoint

- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer calls, respond to customer inquiries and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including packages and deliveries
- Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure the office is tidy at all times
- Perform administrative tasks such as registering students for courses, data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Create and maintain a database of certification courses and programs
- Generate student certificates
- Keep customer and business contact database up-to-date
- Perform outreach to past students nearing expiration of certifications
- Assist instructors during training courses
- Book travel arrangements
- Performs other related tasks as requested
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent, College degree preferred
- Time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office and Google suite
- Effective project management abilities and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively and cooperatively with personnel
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
